Port of Nessebar<\/span><\/strong> is located in the Burgas Bay and is part of the Burgas port complex <\/span><\/p>\n

Historical sources indicate that the port of Nessebar (Mesembria) has existed since ancient times and had an important role in the development of the Bulgarian state. It is located on the southern side of the Nessebar peninsula, well protected from north and northeast winds. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Because of its exceptional cultural and historical wealth, Nessebar has been declared a museum, tourist and resort complex of international importance, and since 1983 it has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List.<\/span><\/p>\n
